1. Handmade Nature of Products

Each Trudy Handmade piece is handcrafted to order. Slight variations in color, size, or texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

2. Processing & Shipping

- Please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be created before shipping.

- Singapore orders include free tracked delivery, which usually arrives within 1–2 business days after shipping.

- International orders are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 2 - 3 weeks, depending on destination and custom clearance.

- Orders are shipped using Ninja Van for both local and international deliveries, or an equivalent tracked courier where applicable.

- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

- Trudy Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, postal disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

3. Exchanges

- We do not accept refunds.

- Exchanges are only available if your item arrives damaged or defective.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn, even if only tried on.

- To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

- Once approved, the item must be returned before a replacement is arranged.

- For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved exchanges.

- We cannot accept exchanges for:

1. Change of mind after purchase

2. Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

3. Normal handmade variations (color, size, texture differences)

4. Cancellations

- We do not accept cancellations.

- Once an order is placed, your piece enters our creation process and cannot be cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, logos, and text — belongs to Trudy Handmade and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trudy Handmade is not liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

- Delivery delays, losses, or failures caused by courier services, customs processes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
