For a long time, I looked capable on the outside, yet felt stretched within. I was dependable, high-functioning, always available. I showed up for everyone.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped showing up for myself.

I tied my worth to achievement.

I said yes too quickly.

I carried more than I needed to.

Everything shifted with one intentional choice: I paused and picked up something I loved. I began creating with my hands again. As I started redefining my relationship with work, responsibility and self-worth, creating became more than a creative outlet.
