For a long time, I looked capable on the outside, but something felt slightly off within.

I was dependable.
I showed up.
I handled what needed to be handled.

But I was also: saying yes too quickly,
holding more than I needed to,
and slowly losing clarity in how I moved through my own life.

Everything shifted when I made a simple decision —
to pause, and to return to something that felt like mine.

I started creating again to reconnect.

And through that process, I realised something:

Most of us don’t need to become someone new.
We just need to stay aligned with what we already know is true.
